Last weekend I went to a women's retreat with 50 other women from the Dillon Community Church. It was in Allenspark, near Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a beautiful area. The guest speaker was a potter and gave 4 very inspirational talks as she worked on the potters wheel. She compared the clay to humans and the potter being God and how he molds us, etc. It was very interesting. The first photo is me with my roommates, Jan, Dorothy, & Grace. It was fun getting to know them. On Saturday Sharon, Chris, Dorothy, and new friend, Connie, took a long hike to the 3 crosses on top of the mountain. It was much steeper than we thought it would be, we wished we had our walking poles. On the way home Sunday, we stopped for lunch in Estes Park. It sure was a great weekend.
