Helen and Jim had us over for a cook out on Memorial Day. 2 other couples were there also, Deb and Bill, and Valerie and Tom. This was the deck Steve helped Jim build last month. They bought a new grill and we enjoyed ribs and all the fixings. It was delicious. The deck turned out really nice. The photo of Helen standing in front of her garden is a "before" photo. She has such a green thumb and her garden always looks so healthy and taken care of. I'll have to take another photo in August to show the "after". It was a rather cool evening and they fired up their outside fireplace. I like the iguana on the side of it.Tomorrow Gordon, my nephew/Godson, and his girlfriend Lisa arrive for a very short visit. They will be with us tomorrow night and then we drive them downtown Denver so they can go to a friend's wedding. They fly back on Sunday. We are looking forward to their visit.
