We got a very fast response when we called about the damages to our driveway. We dashed home Monday morning, called them, and they came out to assess the damages right away. Yesterday they broke up the bottom half of our driveway, took the cement away, came back after lunch and poured the cement. The white powdery stuff on the surface will wash away. It is a powder that slows the top layer of concrete from curing too fast and cracking. By the sidewalk where you can see in the previous post how the water is pouring out from under the grass, they peeled back about 4' of grass and removed the lump of soil that had accumulated there. Soon they are going to replace the asphalt in front our house and our neighbors, as there is a bulge of dirt under there too.
