My birthday last Sunday started with a trip to Castle Rock for our favorite breakfast burrito. We have been going to Pegasus for 20 years now and we've never had a bad meal there. Their green chili is so spicy hot and delicious. There is an outdoor area where you are allowed to bring dogs, so Lucy is a fan of the restaurant too. Then during the day I worked on staining the glider and Steve worked on the deck. Then we skipped lunch and went out to dinner at a new restaurant by Park Meadows Mall called Brio. We sat outside there and the final photo is the pretty sunset we enjoyed while finishing our meal. It was a very nice birthday.
