Lucy and I walked the K9-4K in Frisco today. She is doing so well and we're so thankful we were able to participate in this fun event. The proceeds from the race go to League for Animals and People of the Summit (L.A.P.S.) I walked with my friends Linda and Roy and their dogs River and Robby. Roy's wife Nancy and Steve hung around the finish line and took photos. What a fun summer event, especially when you have such great weather!!

We took our time on the race course, stopping for water, etc. At the end of the race they give away doggy prizes for various things. Lucy won for being the oldest dog at age 13! She did great.
