Lucy is on the mend!
Lucy has had an abscess tooth for almost a month. Long story... Today she had the tooth extracted by a very nice vet up in Summit County, Dr. Mark Cowan. We are so lucky to have great vets at both homes. Since she was anesthetized she had her teeth cleaned and a lump removed from her back as well. Dr. Mark said the lumped rather odd to him, so with her cancer history, we are glad we had it removed. She is doing good tonight and acts as if nothing happened to her! The tough part will be taking her out in the woods to do her business. She just LOVES to make doggie angels in the snow. The Dr. recommended we put an old tee-shirt on her for the first few days.
